Our Orthopedic Treatments and Services

More than one million joint replacements are performed in the U.S. each year, according to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, offering long-lasting relief for many patients. In fact, a hip or knee replacement done today can typically last for 20 years or more, as noted by the American College of Rheumatology. Musculoskeletal diseases, including conditions like trauma, back pain, and arthritis, are incredibly common, affecting over half of U.S. adults aged 18 and over, and nearly three-quarters of those aged 65 and older, leading to a significant number of healthcare visits each year.

Our fellowship-trained, board-certified physicians specialize in a variety of surgical treatments and conditions. We provide minimally invasive techniques whenever possible to help reduce scarring and speed up your recovery times. Our surgeons provide the following procedures:

  • Anterior hip replacement surgery
  • Arthritis management
  • Arthroscopic surgery
  • Foot and ankle surgery
  • Fracture care
  • Geriatric orthopedic surgery
  • Hand surgery
  • Joint fusion
  • Joint replacement
  • Joint revision surgery
  • Partial and total hip replacement surgery
  • Partial and total knee replacement surgery
  • Shoulder replacement surgery
  • Spine surgery
  • Surgical solutions for sports injuries
  • Tendon and ligament repair and reconstruction

Candidates who qualify for joint surgery are those who have exhausted non-surgical treatment options but continue to experience functional decline and disabling pain that affects their everyday activities, including work and sleep.

We are also proud to offer rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery. Our 5,000-square foot fitness facility is staffed by experienced and trained rehabilitation specialists who provide comprehensive inpatient physical therapy treatments to help you heal and live pain-free.

Neck and Back Pain Treatments

Many times surgery is not the immediate answer, so our providers will work closely with our Comprehensive Pain Management Center to find strategies to help relieve your pain. Treatments may include physical therapy, chiropractic care, steroid injections, non-opioid medications, and other alternatives to suit your individual needs.

Should you require surgery for your neck or back pain, we offer the following procedures:

  • Arachnoid cyst removal
  • Arteriovenous malformation (AVM)
  • Chiari Malformation surgery

Our doctors are dedicated to your complete wellness, which is why we offer post-operative rehabilitative care. We value teamwork and collaboration to achieve the best outcome for each patient. For this reason, your physical therapy will be based upon your individual needs and physical therapy goals.

Hip Preservation Program

The Hip Preservation Program aims to achieve early treatment of traumatic and degenerative conditions of the hip to attempt to prevent or delay progression of hip injury.  The program focuses on identifying hip pathology such as impingement, dysplasia, and labral injury.

The physicians have had subspecialty training in minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques of the hip including:

  • Cartilage repair techniques, such as microfracture and biocartilage procedures
  • Endoscopic techniques to repair tendon tears
  • Impingement correction
  • Labral repair and reconstruction
  • Perform bursectomies and iliotibial band releases
  • Removal of loose bodies

When preventative techniques are not amenable we have a capable team of Total Joint specialists to complete the appropriate joint reconstruction.
