 Dr. Arena was excellent!

My only comment for improvement is that there should be more eye contact with the patient. With the advent of entering real time notes on the screen, the eye contact and human interaction gets lost.

Dr. Arena is the best. She spent the time to review my medical status; listened completely and clearly communicated. Katrena was exceptional. She made scheduling my surgery easy and clearly communicated the process and expectations. She was very helpful in setting up my medication prep and is a delightful person.

Dr. Arena listened to my concerns, easily looked up relevant past records, addressed my concerns and setup two relevant diagnostic tests to gather further information.

Dr. Arena was extremely professional, friendly and explained what was happening and listened closely to our questions. I want to make sure she stays my primary gastroinestinal Doctor.

The provider seems very nice she came highly recommended. I was not with her long but she answered all the questions that I could think of.

I have not yet received post procedure instructions because I have not had the procedure yet. So far everything about Dr. Arena and her entire has impressed me! From the check-in person, to the nurse Katrina to the wonderful phlebotomist Shonda, who also was patient and kind and put me at ease!
